Dr. Gabor Maté, the world-renowned trauma expert is coming to London to talk about what we all carry around but don’t always talk about – stress, hurt, difficult past events, chronic illness… the things that sit beneath the surface and show up in ways we can’t always explain.
Gabor Maté has spent his life studying the connection between emotional stress and physical health.
On this one night in London, he is going to break it all down… he will explain how stress affects your immune system, the impact of past experiences on well-being, and the very real mind-body connection that gets overlooked in traditional medicine. This isn’t about “self-care” as most people know it. Dr. Maté’s insights go beyond coping mechanisms or positive thinking. It’s a deep dive into how unprocessed emotions, unresolved past experiences, and long-term stress patterns can shape our physical and mental health—and what it takes to support long-term personal insight and well-being.
He won’t sugarcoat it: meaningful growth is a process. But if you’re ready to look deeper, this evening with Gabor is where that journey can begin.Dr. Maté offers a clear approach to self-awareness and practical tools to understand your patterns and finally begin identifying patterns that may be limiting your growth. If you’re ready for a new level of clarity and real change, we hope to see you there to explore what’s possible.
In today’s fast-paced and often overwhelming world, stress and emotional strain affect us all. Dr. Gabor Maté will explore how our internal states and societal pressures intersect, influencing both personal well-being and public health. This evening invites you to reflect, gain clarity, and gain practical insights into your habits, mindset, and the challenges of today’s world.
