All timings relating to vendor set up and take down are to be confirmed by the Event team in the lead up to each event. These times will differ at each event due to different rules set in place by each venue. Access to vendor space may at times be limited before each event is open to attendees, but the event team will ensure sufficient time to set up is given.

We will communicate with vendors the event opening and closing times, and expect that these closely align with the times each vendor space is manned. Vendors are not required to be onsite to set up at a specific time, it is up to each vendor to manage this.

Once vendors are onsite and setup, it’s important that these set spaces are not moved. and that space allocations are adhered to, so as to ensure safe passage for attendees and staff and the overall event.
