UNPACKING TRAUMA AND HEALING WITH GABOR MATÉ IN LONDON
Gabor Maté, the world-renowned trauma and healing expert is coming to London to talk about what we all carry around but don’t always talk about – stress, hurt, difficult past events, chronic illness… the things that sit beneath the surface and show up in ways we can’t always explain.
Gabor Maté has spent his life studying the link between our emotional world and our physical health.
On this one night in London, he is going to break it all down… how stress affects your immune system, the impact of buried trauma on health, and the very real mind-body connection that gets overlooked in traditional medicine. This isn’t about “self-care” as most people know it. Dr. Maté’s insights go beyond coping mechanisms or positive thinking. It’s a deep dive into how unprocessed emotions, unresolved past experiences, and the hidden impacts of trauma show up in our bodies, minds, and lives—and what it truly takes to break free.
He won’t sugarcoat it: real healing is a process. But if you’re ready to go beyond the surface, this evening with Gabor is where that journey can begin. Dr. Maté offers a roadmap to self-understanding, a way to see the patterns for what they are, and the tools to finally start releasing what’s been holding you back. If you’re ready for a new level of clarity and real change, we hope to see you there to explore what’s possible.
