Community Code of Conduct

Speak the truth.
Walk the talk, turn spirituality into action.
Support and encourage others with patience and understanding.
Personal discipline and conduct create results.
Virtues grow over time — in ourselves and in others. Be patient with the process.
Let people finish speaking and give others space to share their thoughts.
Cultivate the human spirit.
Reach out for guidance so you can learn to do it yourself — not so someone else has to take it on for you.
Respect that people come with different experiences and backgrounds.
You do not have to help everyone; it’s ok not to have answers.

Don’ts

Do not judge others.
Do not shame or persecute anyone for using the word ‘God ‘— and do not be afraid to use it yourself.
No marketing or promotion of your own or others’ products, services, or groups.
No conversations about psychedelics, microdosing, or similar topics. This community is for those who choose to pursue spirituality the natural way.
Do not push your personal beliefs onto others.
No belittling, gossiping, or backbiting.
Do not criticise anyone’s religious beliefs or practices.
No deliberate intimidation, stalking or following.
No political discussions.
No physical violence or threat of violence.
No sexual images, innuendo, GIFs or memes in public spaces.

Put in the time to read, learn, and study.
Show up with energy and focus to contribute meaningfully.
Remember that people may not always show up as their best, especially during personal changes. Treat others the way you would like to be treated, and offer space when needed.
Reflecting on your intentions in everything you say and do.

Consequences

If someone engages in unacceptable behaviour, this may result in a host or admin contacting the person to understand what happened.
They may receive instructions for expected behaviour and be asked to comply immediately.
They may also be removed from an event, space or / and social channels.

The Healing Power of the Authentic Voice

An introduction to The Note from Heaven & Hung Song

Your voice is reflecting the condition of your breath and thus your spiritual and physical state in the present now. When listening for your voice’s authentic expression you can free the breath and surrender to a Oneness state. Vocal sound healing is all about listening unconditionally for the signals of your voice. The listening sense is linked to your essence which communicate messages through specific sounds. The authentic voice is thus expressing your body and soul’s condition. When “The Note from Heaven” appears – it will sing and overwhelm you, rather than you sing, and natural fractals of over and undertones, representing our lifeforce, Phi, the spiral movement of the Golden Ratio appear.

“Hung Song” is inner undertones which are sung through the nose in Nggg. It is scientifically proved that deep notes sang through the nose are 15-20 folding the NO – Nitric Oxide production, which is necessary to uptake oxygen, heals infection, lowers blood pressure and much more. NO is compared to “Chi”. Probably this is the reason that the cat purr.

The expression of Hung Song can add energy to/ purify any place that you focus in with your intention. With the help of Hung Song you can purify your Pineal gland, or enter a tumor in the brain – that cannot be operated. There are endless possibilities, as you can scan an anatomic map even into small details, and thus find the exact place where an imbalance is placed in the organism. The method is 80 % sure, from Githa BD’s experience, and should always be checked in collaboration with the hospitals.
