For more than four decades, Marianne Williamson has been a recognized leader in personal development and social advocacy. She is the author of 16 books, four of which have been #1 New York Times best sellers.
Williamson founded Project Angel Food, a non-profit organization that has delivered more than 19 million meals to ill and homebound patients in the Los Angeles area since 1989, initially focused on those suffering from HIV/AIDS. She has also been active throughout her career in fighting poverty, hunger, and working for racial reconciliation. In 2004, she co-founded The Peace Alliance and supported the creation of a U.S. Department of Peace.
She ran for the Democratic nomination for President in both 2020 and 2024.
